THE AFTERMARKET SUPPLIERS DO NOT SHOW THE EXHAUST I NEED. i HAVE THE GM 8.1L GAS ENGINE THE PIPE IS 3.5 INCH AND THE LOCAL SHOPS CANNOT BEND 3.5 INCH. GM SAYS IT HAS PUT ON AFTER IT LEFT THE FACTORY AND COULD NOT HELP. AFTERMARKET MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR SAY IT IS A FACTORY PART. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE A GREAT HELP. A local truck or diesel shop should be able to help or point you to help.

Kurt's Auto & Truck Center Inc
1510 Cunningham Street
Rockford , IL 61102
(815) 962-7110
https://www.kurtsauto.com/exhaust-systems

Dan's Diesel Performance
1279 Anvil Road
Machesney Park, IL 61115
815-977-5865

If you want to order parts, Donaldson makes 3.5 inch exhaust parts that can be clamped together or welded. Lengths of 10' aluminized tubing are usually available at diesel performance shops.

You're quite welcome, Bob. I needed a new 3.5" exhaust several years ago. The guys at my favorite muffler shop told me the same thing--couldn't bend 3.5" pipe. They sent me to a diesel performance shop that had everything I needed to do the job myself. They had in stock all of the common Donaldson aluminized parts, tube, clamps and hangers. I cut the tube with a Sawzall. It was a pretty easy installation. If you don't want to mess with it, I'm sure a local diesel performance shop will do a good job. To them, 3.5" pipe is the little stuff!
