Saw a BF for sale at local Consignment Lot in Oregon

In Medford Oregon. I just saw a 2008 rear bath, 150,000 miles $27,500. Looked in very good/ excellent shape.
Talked to the Lot owner. He charges 10% commission. Is this 10% pretty typical? Said on a average, 45 days to sell a MH.
PS... This BF is still for sale if anyone is interested. I took a picture of it.
I was thinking, if I would ever sell, I would sell thru: on consignment. What do you think?
