Monitors Failed - advice?

Hey folks,
I’ll start this post by saying I do plan to install a SeeLevel soon.
While traveling this week I noticed my monitor lights not coming on right away every time I pressed the button on the hood... like the switch was failing? Now the lights won’t light up at all![Sad :-(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
The pump, range light, and hood fan all still work fine.. the monitors light will no longer lite up when button is pressed..
Thoughts? Anyone fix this issue - is it just a wire loose or a switch? I am thinking of pulling the hood down to look but I fear the wiring might be more buried in the front of the unit.
Another option might be contacting the company who makes this unit for advice - anyone know who that is and if they are around?
