Born Free Sighting

Today as I was traveling the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I was passed by a Born Free that had no decals, no windows and nothing on the roof (AC, etc). It passed me right as I got on at Donegal, and I tried unsuccessfully to catch up to it to see the plate and/or any business sign, but it was going too fast for me to catch (as high as 80 at one point). However, there it was at the Breezewood interchange about to go through the toll booth as I came around the bend. I finally got close enough as it turned into Sheetz to see that it had PA plates. Seems odd that it would not have an AC on the roof.
