We will be attending the Biennial National Rally. From there we would like to go to the Shenandoah NP. Will we have any trouble navigating the Skyline Drive or the Blue Ridge Parkway with our 29 footer?

We did Blue Ridge Parkway in our 20.5' Roadtrek. I don't remember any places that should be a problem for a 29' unit. Just don't expect to go fast! The worst problem we had were some of the roads coming off the parkway were really steep, and winding - worse than the parkway itself. Again, just don't expect to go fast and you should be OK.

We did it in a 29' non-Born Free class C. Shouldn't be a problem.

We visited the park in early July with our 27 RSB. We drove the entire park from south to north and did not have any problems. We stayed at the Loft Mountain campground with a site on the outer loop overlooking the mountains. Beautiful park!

I live ten miles from the entrance and take my BF up there all the time to shoot pictures. I also drive the Foretravel there. If it s raining the branches will hang down a bit bit otherwise it is smooth sailing and no sues

We made that trip last October in our 22' BFT. We then continued south on the Blue Ridge Parkway to the Blue Ridge National Park. Had a great time - wishing you the same!

Beautiful park, no problems traveling with your BF. If you camp in the park, there is no electric and limited generator hours. When it is not humid and hot, it is nice place. Gas up in Front Royal, if you are coming from the north.
