That appears to be the very first Mobility model ever built by BF. It's not one of the floor plans currently showing on the Factory web page (as the owner of the Mobility RV 3 floor plan, I'd recognize it easily).
It appears to be in very clean condition, but I'd want to check the usage counter on the lift to see if it's anywhere near End of Life (circa 75,000 uses).
