If you have Ford chassis problems in the western CT area, I recommend Kaiser Truck Shop, 5 Old Newtown Rd., Danbury, CT. Phone 203-792-5995. We have had a couple of (minor) problems over the past year that they have handled very well. Joe Kaiser has been in the business for almost 40 years, and is very friendly and knowledgeable.
