Wish you were closer to Indiana. I owned this exact same model years ago. One of the best layouts produced by BF. Good luck with your sale.

I'm curious what the heavy vinyl is that you have over your carpet. and how it's attached?

I bought a roll of 5mm vinyl floor protector from a local company here in the Phoenix area, actually meant for use with office furniture. I made a template of the area I wanted to cover using a large piece of cardboard, and then cut the vinyl to the exact specifications, using the template. The product was thick and not very pliable. So I had to use a jigsaw to cut it. Removed the chairs and then placed the vinyl. Nothing needed to keep it in place because it was cut precisely to size. It stays nicely in place, does not slide, and has worked very well for the eight years we have had it. Very easy to clean.
