2022 Discover Florida's Nature Coast Rally

Please join us in discovering this special part of Florida’s unique Nature Coast where the manatee roam in the Homosassa, Crystal River, and Ozello waters. This is a resurrection of the rally planned for 2020 that had to be postponed due to COVID. We have now pinned down the important venues that have come back in operation after being shut down for COVID. The rally cost is $90 per attendee. Campsite cost is handled directly by attendee and is $30 per night.
As we write this, the Omicron mutation of the Coronavirus pandemic is just beginning to blossom and little is scientifically known of its future impact. We are planning to go ahead with our Rally and will conduct it in accordance with Federal CDC guidelines and the advice from our club’s Executive Board. If we are forced to cancel we will do this before the campground’s cancellation policy expires. On the positive side is that that many of our activities are outdoors. We do encourage all attendees to be vaccinated and wear masks when needed to protect themselves and the community. Also, when you send in your Registration Form to Joel, don't forget to print, fill in and sign our club’s Wavier & Release of Liability for Exposure to Covid-19 form.
As before, we include:
- Eco Boat Tour on the Crystal River
- Guided Indian Archaeological Park and Museum Tour
- Three Sisters Springs
- Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park
- Pizza & Ice Cream Arrival Buffet
- Continental Breakfast each morning
- Lunch at Peck’s Old Port Cove (in Ozello)
- Evening dinner and entertainment at Crump’s Landing (in Homosassa)
- A Heavy Appetizer Pot Luck Supper
- Informal Afternoon Socials at campsite
