How tall is comfortable.

Washing a 10' coach is preferable to a taller coach. The shorter distance to fall from a ladder the better!! And I appreciate NOT needing an electric folding step (although the the electric step on my 2006 BFT worked well). Born Free coaches are "just right" :-)

Class A vs. Born Free

I prefer the lower height of the Born Free. And the "factory connection" is invaluable. I've had several Winnebago products, one Coachmen, and a National (out of business), before three Born Free coaches. The 2013 Born Free 23FL is a terrific vehicle. Fits my needs to a "T".

24RB compared to 25RB

The new wall coverings may be better for those with allergies as they don't hold onto dust like the previous wall coverings.

24RB compared to 25RB

The more spacious bath on the 25' model could be a consideration.

Longer 22 coaches

Has anyone figured out why the length has increased on the RSK and BFT 2013 models? From the web site I don't see any floorplan changes.

Kudos are in order!!!

My third Born Free, a 2013 23FL has most, if not all, of the upgrades. It is AWESOME! I couldn't be happier with the coach.

When I recently picked up my new coach (2013 23FL) I learned that a significant improvement is planned for the BF web site.

Does anyone carry a firearm in their B.F. when they travel?

I recently met a nice lady traveling in a Born Free coach at Anvil Campground in Williamsburg, Va. She was traveling alone as she said she had been doing for years since her husband passed away. She advised me she was "not afraid" nor was she worried about her safety. She impressed me with...

Villa trundle bed with dual recliners

Like a trundle bed, a part of the bed is underneath the sofa. Consequently, with this option there is no storage under the sofa as is found with the jack knife sofa or the incline bed (which is what I ordered). Having sat on the Villa Trundle bed at the recent Humboldt rally, it seemed very comforta...

My gas mileage, plus a question

12.2 mpg, no passengers, flat interstate highway, 62 miles per hour, holding tanks empty and perhaps the wind in my direction.

Newbie question about no spare tire and tire pressure.

Steve. In response to the tire pressure you are running, have you consulted your manual? (not Ford's recommendation in the door, but the Born Free owner's manual). Mine says: Front 50, max. 65. Rear 70, Max. 80. If you are having a problem with wandering, perhaps reducing the front tire pressure to ...

My 2011 tends to wander at highway speeds.

Steve, As I recollect the owner's manual says after some initial milage to have an alignment check. I too thought my 2010 RSK tended to wander. Either it was corrected when I had the alignment checked or I got over it. I don't remember which. (The mind is a terrible thing to lose).
