I am going to install new tires and decide to try Centermatic wheel balancers. When I chatted with the Centermatic dealer told me to save my money and have the tires balanced. He said the Centermatics are for large RV and tractor trailer truck tires. Has anyone mounted Centermatics on 16-inch wheels...

Our 2011 Rear Bath overhead cabinet doors use Allegis Corp Gas Springs, Model AC 6230 to hold the doors open. Some of the springs are failing. A check of https://www.allegiscorp.com/products/gas-springs site does not show this model. I called their east coast sales office 484-483-2900 and determined...

Hard to start Ford V10 Triton engine
Our 2001 Born Free motor home with a Ford V-10 Triton engine developed a hard starting problem while we were in Alaska. The problem only occurred when the engine was at normal operation temperature and we stopped to fill the fuel tank. I had to engage the starter 3 or 4 times to start the engine. We...

Re: Born Free Gas Mileage
We just returned home after a 12,300 mile drive of the Alaskan Highway and just about every other paved road in Alaska. Re: SeeLevel II Tank Monitor
Did you install the unit yourself? If you did were you able to hide the wires so they are not visible inside the RV?
After almost a decade of use, are you still satisfied with the unit?
Bill
