I-Rally Description

Come join your Born Free Leap'n Lions friends and make some new ones in Minot, ND. We're planning four culture-filled days. Norsk Høstfest, North America's largest Scandinavian Festival, exists to celebrate Scandinavian Heritage by promoting and preserving traditional family, culture, and community values for the benefit of future generations. At the festival, Scandinavian tradition is on full display. From Nordic entertainment to cultural options, visiting with artisans showcasing ancient traditions to taking a walk back in time at Viking Village, guests will truly have a cultural experience. No matter where you may roam during Norsk Høstfest, one thing is for sure - it will be a Nordic adventure!

Høstfest activities take place in the Great Hall of the Vikings. These activities include:

  • Listening to or watching free entertainment.
  • Viking Village re-enactments.
  • Eating a wide array of Scandinavian foods.
  • Visiting some of the hundreds of shopping booths with Scandinavian merchandise.
  • And more!

The free entertainment runs everyday from 9 am to 7 pm on five side stages. Acts already scheduled include:

  • Steve Solkela's One Man Band
  • Midwest Murder
  • Molly B
  • Shelby Huston

Festival doors open at 9 am every day. Dining and shopping vendors are open until 8 pm daily. All events are under one roof!
